About our history

FOS Investments originates from a long line of family members who have worked in the shoe industry, beginning with retail shoe shops in the Durban CBD area. With 20 years of retail experience founding father, Mohamed Cassim Jeewa developed his first wholesale company in 1989. His sons have since continued his legacy, developing the company as it is today with knowledge and experience of father and grandfather before them as guidance.

Scope of Service

 FOS Investments specialises in various types of footwear catering for infants, children, ladies and men. We provide fashionable quality products at keen prices for all categories of our business. Our products change seasonally and our success is based on providing clients with top quality products backed up by excellent service. This has been one of our main attributes in the footwear industry and we pride ourselves in maintaining this for the years that follow.

We specialise in wholesale and distribution of footwear throughout the country, with clients in all major suburbs throughout the country. We also have success with clients across the border, namely: Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Swaziland and Malawi. We would like to expose our business further into these areas and other parts of Africa.

From humble beginnings, where our founding father started his wholesale business in a 200m² warehouse  and today boasting a 3000m² warehouse with an 800m² admin area, we never forget how it began, the hardships and sweat that went into achieving our goals and dreams. Therefore, we make it our priority to support the up and coming businessman, be it in the retail industry or manufacturing industry. We have a base of local factories which we support by using our exposure into the market with their product and helping them to emphasize their mark in the industry.
